Premium Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Premium Terms & Conditions ("Premium Terms") apply to any Premium membership offered by OurProClub. By purchasing or using Premium features, you agree to these Premium Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Premium.

Where Premium Is Purchased

Premium is obtained through BuyMeACoffee.com via the membership option. Donations/tips on BuyMeACoffee (or elsewhere) do not grant Premium access.

Premium Benefits

Premium may include additional features, enhanced commands/limits, Premium-only commands, early access, or other benefits. Premium benefits may change over time (see "Changes to Premium" below).

Membership Term & Billing

• Premium access is tied to an active membership on BuyMeACoffee.
• If you start a membership and then cancel, your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current membership period, which we treat as 31 days from the start of the membership term.
• If you start a membership and then request/receive a refund, Premium access will be removed at the time the refund is processed (or as soon as we are able to apply the change).

Refunds

Refunds are handled by BuyMeACoffee and/or the payment provider according to their policies. If a refund is processed, Premium access may be revoked immediately (or as soon as we can enforce it), and you may lose access to Premium features.

Promotions

We may run promotions from time to time (e.g., discounted pricing, trial periods, or limited-time offers). Promotions may have additional terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Eligibility & Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord’s terms and policies.
• You are responsible for ensuring your membership is associated with the correct Discord user.
• We may require verification steps to link your membership to Premium access.

Non-Transferable

Premium access is generally non-transferable and is intended for the member who purchased it.

Availability & No Guarantee

Premium features are provided "as is" and may be unavailable due to outages, maintenance, API changes, rate limits, or other factors outside our control (including Discord and EA services). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Premium features.

Changes to Premium

We may change Premium pricing, features, or benefits at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate them (for example via our support Discord server or on our website). Continued use of Premium after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Premium Terms.

Misuse & Termination

We may suspend or remove Premium access (or restrict access to the bot) if we believe you are abusing features, attempting to exploit the service, harassing others, or violating our Terms of Service. Where appropriate, we may provide notice, but we are not required to do so in all cases.

Limitation of Liability

OurProClub will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from Premium use or inability to use Premium.
